Our own branded products, optical bonding, optical enhancements and subassemblies are designed and configuration controlled to exacting standards. With this discipline in place, we are well prepared to appreciate your application, design, manufacturing, and quality requirements. We go to painstaking levels of review and verification of details in order to ensure correct interpretation of information and execution of instructions.

All General Digital™ Optical Bonding Laboratories’™ products are available for private labeling or we can produce your product and label it as yours. We are capable of providing:

• moderately assembled subassemblies

• fully customized products to meet virtually any requirement for survival in practically any environment.

In essence, we perform as little or as much servicing as required while providing progressive advice and engineering expertise for continued innovation and evolution of your products. We assist in preventing product stagnation by suggesting improvements based on:

We continually monitor component availability and advise you on the short and long term availability of the components. We work to ease the integration effort of component changes and the timing thereof.

As a full contract manufacturing service, we can build a subassembly and integrate it into your provided enclosure. We can also design and manufacture the enclosure, to ease the burden on your business. We can then ship the product to your customers (including non-disclosure and non-competing agreements, as per standard practice) with your packing slip—and even invoice for the product and provide payment to you. In an effort to reduce shipping costs and risk of loss or damage, we suggest having your suppliers drop ship components to us and allowing us to drop ship to your customers.
